Q: Does Congregate comply with privacy policies such as FERPA?

A: As of now, Congregate is conscious of such policies, but isn't officially compliant. We have passed privacy exams at universities such as Harvard University, so we can assure you that we are safe-to-use.

Q: Can I have more than 20 people at an event?

A: Yes! If you’re hosting an event with more than 20 people, send an email to [email protected] or [email protected] with your event url, date of event, and number of people you’re expecting. We’ll be happy to increase your maximum capacity.

Q: How do I login to Congregate?

Q: Is there a way to disable Direct Messaging between attendees?
