Client-ready documentation built live during project execution
Project Overview
Client: Frame House Miami
Industry: Luxury Photography & Video Production
Timeline: February - March 2026 (4-week sprint)
Platform: Dual-system build (Lovable/React booking platform + Webflow marketing site)
Role: Product Owner + Full-Stack Development
The Challenge
Frame House Miami needed to launch a luxury photography studio with 23+ custom themed sets. The business required:
- Complex booking logic: Multi-set discounts, zone buyouts, full studio buyout
- Dynamic pricing: Time-based pricing, surge/value pricing, discount code stacking
- Dual-platform architecture: Internal booking platform (Frame House Reserve) + public marketing site (Webflow)
- Zero dual-logins: Supabase as single source of truth, one-way sync to Webflow for display
- Portfolio-grade execution: Client-ready documentation built as we build
The Solution
Frame House Reserve (Booking Platform)
- Stack: Lovable/React, TypeScript, Supabase, Stripe
