We're looking for a sharp, self-directed content operator to help run two interconnected content engines: a founder's personal brand and an early-stage platform in stealth mode launching later this year.
This is a dual mandate from day one. On the personal brand side, you're managing a high-volume content operation: 5+ videos per week across TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and newsletter posts on Substack for a founder with a strong point of view and an established content system. On the company side, you're building a brand voice from scratch ahead of a public reveal and product launch. Both the founder content and company side content will be complementary.
We're looking for someone who can take a brief, run with it, and make the content operation more efficient than it was before they joined. This is both a strategic and executional role, so you’ll need to be comfortable shooting, writing, and quickly editing content.
