Plation Inc. ("we," "us," or "our") operates the Four Now mobile application.

1. Information Collection and Use

Four Now is a local multiplayer game designed for social play.

• No Personal Data: We do not collect, store, or transmit any personally identifiable information (PII) such as your name, email address, or location.
• Local Gameplay: All game logic and scores are processed locally on your device.
• AirPlay Connectivity: The App uses Apple’s AirPlay technology to stream the game board to your compatible television or monitor. This connection is handled by your device's system software; Plation Inc. does not monitor, record, or receive any data from your AirPlay stream.

2. Third-Party Services

We do not use third-party analytics, tracking SDKs, or advertising networks.

3. Data Retention

Since all game data is local, it is deleted if you clear the app's storage or uninstall the App.
