A software engineer today uses Claude Code or Cursor. A mechanical engineer designing the next jet engine still searches Excel sheets and asks whoever has been around longest.

AI is about to change that fundamentally.

That is why we are building the AI co-engineer for physical products: one that works natively in 3D and learns from real-world engineering decisions.

We are already in production with major European manufacturers.

🔍 Who we're looking for

We are a small, AI-native team and we want someone who pushes us to be better. You are a staff-level engineer who has built and shipped complex systems and thrives when the scope is wide and the path is not yet clear.

• You take end-to-end ownership - you figure out what needs to be built, not just how
• You move fast but with rigour - you know when to cut corners and when not to
• You are comfortable across the full stack and pick up whatever the problem requires
• You use AI heavily in your own workflow and continuously raise the bar on how
• You are a strong communicator who can talk directly to enterprise customers when needed
• You get motivated by ambiguity and wide scope, not paralysed by it

Experience with agents, LLM integrations, CAD systems, or industrial software is a strong plus.
