Scope of Role and Experience

As a Founding Software Engineer, you will:

• Build and deploy LLM-driven and AI-powered products from scratch
• Contribute to SOTA Computer Vision and Voice AI systems used in live healthcare settings
• Architect scalable solutions in TypeScript, Python, AWS, and Postgres
• Collaborate closely with founders and cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical execution
• Take ownership from ideation to integration, ensuring product success in production environments
• Help define engineering culture, best practices, and hiring standards as one of the first technical hires
