About the role

You’ll define the look, feel, and soul of Readee. From the learner experience to the micro-course format to the gamification and brand identity—you’ll shape how people interact with education powered by AI.

You’ll design the first version of the product alongside the founders and engineers, and your work will be seen by thousands (soon millions) of learners.

What you’ll do

• Own end-to-end product design for key features: learning flows, quizzes, progress tracking, onboarding, etc.
• Define Readee’s visual identity, UI systems, component libraries, and design language
• Turn fuzzy ideas into polished prototypes extremely quickly
• Lead user research and transform insights into intuitive learning experiences
• Work closely with engineers to ship high-quality product fast
• Establish the design culture and processes for the company

You’re a great fit if you

• Have strong experience in product design (bonus: consumer apps, edtech, or gamified products)
• Can move seamlessly from product thinking → wireframes → polished UI
• Love simplifying complex ideas and making them delightful
• Understand motivation loops, habit-building, and learning science
• Are excited by the idea of building a beloved learning app from scratch
