Role Overview

We're looking for a Growth Lead to build the demand engine that fuels Ultralight's next stage of growth. Reporting directly to our CEO, you'll own the number — a steady, growing flow of qualified clinicians entering the pipeline ready for a real sales conversation.

We have AEs who own mid-funnel and conversion. Your job is to make sure they never run out of great conversations to have, and help us transition to more product-led growth.

This is a build role. You won't run campaigns manually — you'll build the systems that run them. Today, pipeline comes from founder-led outreach, inbound interest, and word of mouth. You'll take what's working, instrument it, automate it, and layer on new channels — all measured by pipeline created and revenue influenced, not impressions or clicks.

We're an AI company and we expect our growth function to be AI-native from day one. You should be the kind of person who reaches for Clay, AI workflows, and automation before hiring headcount — someone who builds systems that compound rather than campaigns that expire.
