We’re on a mission to help everyone build wealth like they came from it.

For decades, the best investment portfolios in the world have belonged to institutions: endowments like Yale and Stanford that built diversified exposure to alternatives (private equity, private credit, venture capital, real estate, etc.) and dramatically outperformed traditional stock-and-bond portfolios over time.

Regular people couldn't access this approach. Until now.

Ivy Invest is the first endowment-style investment platform for everyday investors. Our first product is an SEC-registered fund that provides exposure to institutional-quality public & private markets investments. And it’s available to everyone: no accreditation requirements, and just a $1,000 minimum investment.

We’re a small team that moves fast. Our founders have managed multi-billion dollar endowment portfolios and founded multiple companies with 9-figure exits.

The Role

Your job is to own customer acquisition end-to-end: strategy and execution.

We're starting from zero. No inherited playbook, no "optimize the existing funnel." You'll identify channels, design experiments, run them yourself, and double down on what works. You've probably gone deep on a few channels (paid search, paid social, organic content, affiliates, podcasts, partnerships, …) but you're not wedded to any one playbook. You learn fast, test constantly, and care more about results than about doing what you already know.

This is a hands-on role. You'll have autonomy and ownership, not a team (…yet). If you're someone who's energized by building something from nothing—and has the recent, in-the-trenches experience to back it up—we'd love to talk.

You

You've spent 5+ years doing consumer growth, actively acquiring customers (not just managing agencies or decks). You've run experiments end-to-end: had a hypothesis, built the test, measured results, made decisions. You've worked at a startup where you had to figure things out without much infrastructure. Consumer fintech experience is a plus, but great consumer instincts matter more.
