Scope of Role and Experience
As a Founding Full Stack Engineer, you will:
- Create the collective memory — ingest and unify CRM + multi-source data into a semi-structured context graph that models winning deal patterns with strong tenant isolation
- Orchestrate agentic systems — design planner/executor patterns, MCP-style interfaces, and simple evaluation harnesses that transform context into autonomous actions
- Deliver where users work — build native product surfaces (apps, chat, integrations) in close collaboration with product and GTM teams, reducing context switching and meta-work
- Prove outcomes — define and track metrics (tasks auto-completed, adoption, retention, pipeline lift, latency) while wiring observability for rapid iteration
- Balance cost & reliability — optimize accuracy, latency, and cost of agent runs; design fallbacks and safeguards for dependable, real-world performance
