💬 About the role:

We're looking for a thoughtful, community-minded engineer. You'll be one of our very first full-time engineers, and will be working directly with our founding team to set both the technical vision and engineering culture at Launch House.

🚀 You will:

Be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing web3 projects end to end, from idea to launch. You'll form a deep partnership with our designer lead and founders.
Help shape our product and technology roadmap — what could we be building in 3 - 6 -12 months and what will we need? As a member of our product team, you'll be expected to question why we are building something, and describe how we can deliver it.
Be a thought partner for the products we build and their user experience, how we think about our community, and how we move the business forward. Gain empathy for our community members and be deeply integrated into the community itself.
Ensure we're online and delivering on our promise of a quality community experience by monitoring and actively responding to alerts and bug reports when they come up.
Join an incredibly strong, experienced, and cohesive early team.

You have experience and passion for software engineering, and you know how to create great software. You can break down complex ideas into simple concepts that other team members can understand.

⚙️ You'll be using:

There's still a lot of green field here. We've been using React and Next.js as we've built out our first non-no-code product and, since we run a lot of automations for biz ops, everything sits on top of an Airtable database for now.
