Scope of Role and Experience

As a Founding Engineer (Full-Stack), you will:

• Build and harden core platform capabilities, including voice, browser automation, and multi-agent orchestration.
• Own features end-to-end, acting as a product owner rather than just executing specs.
• Reverse-engineer customer systems to build integrations with platforms like Salesforce, Outlook, and various ERPs.
• Spend 5–20% of your time working directly with customers to translate operational needs into platform improvements.
• Ship intuitive frontend experiences in React that make complex AI workflows delightful for enterprise teams.
