Scope of Role and Experience

As the Founding Engineer, you will:

• Lead the 0→1 build of a new AI-driven product layer on top of the company’s core APIs
• Design and implement core algorithms and architectures that transform natural language prompts into deterministic AI agents
• Own product development end-to-end — from discovery and scoping to prototyping, shipping, and iteration
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Product to define high-impact workflows
• Build clean, performant UX and pragmatic infrastructure that scales with user demand
• Shape product strategy, influence company direction, and directly impact new revenue streams
