Lavoit builds the operational intelligence layer for industrial infrastructure.

We are a Swedish company founded by engineers with deep experience in industrial automation and electrochemistry. We started by building electrolyzers — systems designed to cut electricity consumption through better catalysts. That work revealed a larger problem: existing control systems were never built for hydrogen's specific challenges.

Electrochemical systems are now grid-critical assets, shaped by volatile energy markets, degradation constraints and the demand for reliable clean production. Lavoit exists to solve this. We are a software partner for operational sites — your savings are our business.

Mission

Build the intelligence layer for the physical world. Industrial systems are complex, dynamic and governed by physics. You will develop the full technology stack — from edge devices on the factory floor to cloud-based AI — that understands industrial context, reasons about complex environments and automates workflows that previously required human experts.

What You Will Do

• Build and own full-stack applications end to end, from backend APIs and data pipelines to frontend interfaces used by operators and customers
• Develop agentic AI systems that operate inside real industrial environments
• Build systems that reason over documentation, sensor data and system behavior
• Create autonomous workflows that remove human bottlenecks
• Work with Linux-based edge devices and Raspberry Pis to deploy software at the hardware boundary, collecting data and running intelligence close to industrial equipment
• Integrate physics, simulation output and real-time constraints into intelligent decisions
• Shape the architecture and foundations of Lavoit's technology platform across all layers
• Collaborate with simulation, electrochemistry and platform engineers to ground the intelligence in reality
• Prototype quickly, test rigorously and ship continuously
