The Role

You’ll work directly with the founders to design and ship core product, define our technical DNA, and shape the company’s future. You’ll own fuzzy, open-ended problems end-to-end—from scoping to shipping—and your fingerprints will be all over the product and architecture.

This role is ideal for someone who is highly capable, thrives on ambiguity, and wants to be part of defining a company.

What You’ll Do (a subset of these)

• Build end-to-end product features across the stack (frontend, backend).
• Design and maintain core backend systems and infrastructure.
• Make key decisions that ensure the product is great to use.
• Debug and resolve complex technical issues.
• Contribute to architecture and technical decision-making.
• Collaborate closely with the founders to shape engineering practices and standards.
• Move fast using Cursor, Claude Code, or whatever AI tools amplify velocity.

What We’re Looking For

• Has built and shipped production software (not just prototypes).
• Strong technical background, ideally with backend and infrastructure experience.
• Independent—thrives with ambiguity and open-ended tasks.
• Loves deep, uninterrupted work but also collaborates well with others.
• Persistent problem-solver who pushes boundaries.
• Interested in the future of work in the era of AI.
