Scope of Role and Experience
As a Founding Backend Engineer, you will:
- Create the collective memory — ingest and unify CRM + other data into a semi-structured context graph that captures what drives winning deals
- Orchestrate agentic systems — design planner/executor patterns, MCP-style interfaces, and lightweight evaluation harnesses to turn context into autonomous actions
- Deliver where users work — surface capabilities through apps, chat, and integrations in tight GTM loops, reducing context switching and metawork
- Prove outcomes — define and track success metrics (tasks auto-completed, adoption, retention, pipeline lift, latency) while wiring observability for iteration
- Balance cost & reliability — optimize accuracy, latency, and cost for agent runs; design safeguards for dependable performance under real-world load
