About the company
HubFlow is a well-capitalized early-stage startup transforming the trucking industry by automating freight appointment scheduling. Our agentic AI has already replaced large operations teams and created 5% additional margin per load for our customers.
In May 2025, we raised a $2.5M pre-seed round led by Bling Capital, with participation from notable industry angels. We have live 6-figure contracts with compelling customer ROI, an ambitious roadmap, and a clear path to $2M ARR by the end of 2026.
We are a remote-first company and an equal opportunity employer.
About the role: This role is our first nontechnical hire. We are seeking a sales “player-coach” who will work closely with our cofounder Nick to continue to close large deals while building out a sales playbook and a small team of Account Executives. This is a commissioned role with opportunity for meaningful equity ownership.

- Track deal activity and outbound prospecting in our CRM. Implement best practices for CRM data capture + automation
- Post-sale, ensure smooth handoff to our Product Deployment team to support successful onboardings
- Help hire, train, and develop a small sales team (1-3 people in the first 12 months)
