We are seeking a Founding Account Executive to help define how Ultralight grows. Reporting directly to our co-founder and CEO, you will own the full sales motion—from first conversation to close to early expansion—while helping shape our go-to-market strategy, messaging, and sales culture.
This is not a “run the playbook” role. You’ll help write it.
You’ll work directly with clinicians, practice owners, and operators across functional, integrative, and longevity medicine, translating their pain into urgency and guiding them toward a better way of practicing medicine. You’ll partner closely with product, design, and engineering to feed real-world insight back into what we build—and how we position it.
Today, we’re closing early customers through a mix of inbound, referrals, and founder-led conversations. We’re early but not starting from zero—customers are buying, loving the product, and referring others. Now, we need to make this repeatable.
