Reduct allows anyone to quickly review, search, and edit video. It’s 10X faster than traditional methods, and collaborative. It has truly changed the way people (and organizations) work, especially at a moment when video has become the way we all communicate at work.
Even as a seed stage company without dedicated sales, we have already sold to Fortune 500s like Intuit, Facebook, Dell, and Autodesk as well as innovative companies like Spotify, AirBnB, Indeed, Allbirds, and Thumbtack. We're north of $1M in ARR, and have multiple six-figure accounts. Our customers absolutely love the product, and many have brought us along to new companies they join. We are now looking to scale up our go to market. As the founding account executive / first sales hire, you'll work closely with the CEO to sell, develop the playbook, and then scale things up sales once the playbook is proven out. In other words, you will:
- Sell an amazing product, to great companies, and supported by great timing. Including:
- Managing full sales cycles, from cold/warm prospecting to close;
- Leveraging multi-channel outbound strategies to hunt and cultivate relationships with executives and key decision makers, at companies of all sizes - from startup to F100;
- Partner closely with our Head of CS to not only achieve ever-greater levels of customer satisfaction, but also expand and cross-sell into multiple departments.
- As the first full-time salesperson, work directly with CEO to build up the sales playbook.
- Accelerate your career path to a leadership role. Once your playbook has proven consistently effective, you will begin scaling the sales team and leading them to success.
- Get competitive salary, equity, and generous, uncapped commissions.
You have:
- 3+ years of relevant experience as an account executive
- Closing deals with ACV of $25-50K+
- Track record of successful outbound
- Built or completely rethought a playbook.
- A strong relationship-builder, and written communicator.
- Excited about working with a diverse audience (our adoption is strongest in Design & UX Research, where we started, but we now work with multiple business units).
