As Founders Associate, you'll be the person making sure everything that isn't engineering actually happens.

What you will be working on
You'll move between these areas every day:
- Scale outreach. Find Handwerker who need us, get in front of them, and turn cold contact into customers. You'll own the funnel — experiments, channels, messaging — not just execute someone else's playbook.
- Support operations. Build the systems and processes we'll need as we grow from thousands of calls a day to far more. Tooling, playbooks, internal workflows — the backbone that lets the rest of the company move fast.
- Customer support & success. Onboard new Handwerker, configure and refine their voice agents, and stay close once they're live. You're the one they call when something's off, and the one who turns that feedback into product improvements.
- Product. Turn how our customers use our product into what we build next. Dig into data, usage patterns, and edge cases — spot what's working, what's broken, and what to build next.
- Recruiting. Help us hire the next people. Source candidates, run intro calls, coordinate processes, and protect the bar. The team you help build will define Hey Telo for years.

- Are fluent in German and actually want to sit with Handwerker, hear their problems, and let that shape what we build.
- Have experience in fast-moving environments (founding, early-stage startup, consulting, etc.).
- Are AI-Native. You can automate your own outreach and ops work with AI tooling and pick up new tools quickly.
- Take ownership. You want full ownership from day one and are not afraid of challenging how things are done. You don’t wait for processes — you set them up.
