As a Founder's Associate you think and act like a founder yourself. As one of the first full-time team members, we’re setting the foundation for success of Pina together. You work directly with Pina’s founders - in particular our CEO Gesa.
The role gives you a comprehensive insight into diverse areas of our startup - from HR to Operations, Business Development/Sales and Fundraising. One of your first key areas of responsibility will be people and operations, allowing you to shape central processes, be the glue in our core team, and set up our organization for scaling. As our startup grows, your responsibilties can evolve to include other areas and/or shift in focus to build on your strengths.
