π² About the opportunity
As a Founderβs Associate you will have the opportunity to get a comprehensive insight into different areas of our startup and take over strategic projects as well as operational tasks. This is a great opportunity to get to know a startup from different angles and directly work with the founders in their day-to-day business. This role includes a variety of topics, for example:
- Develop our financial strategy: You support our CEO in developing our business model and improvements to our financial strategy.
- Sales and marketing: You work on our growth strategy, improve our existing sales pipeline or talk to interested forest owners or companies and convert them to new leads.
- Work on our product strategy: You map new features together with our customers, e.g. the digital onboarding process for forest owners as well as carbon credit buyers.
- Help manage various operational tasks to keep the business running and grow the organization.
- Research of relevant topics: You conduct detailed analyses of market developments and other strategic questions to support our decision-making.
- Represent Pina: You support the founders in communicating Pina Earth's vision to internal and external stakeholders, e.g. on LinkedIn or events.
