Role Overview
StaffAI is on a mission to redefine how mid-market companies build their revenue teams.
We deploy commission-only AI employees that operate like human reps and are compensated solely on the outcomes they deliver, fully aligned with the revenue impact they generate.
This model lets companies scale their sales and marketing capacity instantly, without adding headcount, overhead, or ramp time.
Help teach our AI employees how to wrangle enterprise data. We’re looking for a CTO who will work directly with strategic customers to design, implement, and deliver revenue-generating features that demonstrate StaffAI’s value in real business environments.
What You’ll Do
- Architect scalable, modular infrastructure supporting customer deployments.
- Design integrations and automations that bridge customer systems and data with StaffAI’s platform.
- Utilize our library of AI Agents for workflow design, code generation, and data integration.
- Deliver technical design specs to product and engineering for implementation.
- Mentor and enable engineers and AI agents across both customer and platform domains to drive technical excellence.
- Impact customer success criteria tied to measurable business outcomes (e.g., revenue growth, CLV, CSAT, cost reduction).
- Deliver customer implementation plans and updates to CSMs and the customer.
- Collaborate with CSMs to identify high-value, automatable opportunities.
- Build and develop relationships with key customer business and technical leaders
