If your photo or video files are not supported by our service, follow this instruction.

  1. Join the free site-converter - https://video-converter.com/

  2. Select the file you need and wait for download

  3. Choose one of the supported formats (mp4, mov, avi). Then go to “Settings” and chose the approximate size of the file.

  4. Press Convert. Download the new file and upload it to PRO.
