1. Overview

FormFill Pro ("the Extension") is a Chrome browser extension that helps users autofill web forms using a personal key-value store. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it.

2. Data We Collect

Account information When you create an account, we collect your email address and a hashed password. This is managed by Google Firebase Authentication.

Profile data You voluntarily provide personal information to populate your store, including name, address, phone number, email, LinkedIn URL, and professional details such as work experience, education, and skills. This data is stored in your personal Firebase Firestore database.

Form field data When you submit a form on a website, the Extension may capture field values (such as name, address, cover letter) that match known field patterns. You are shown a confirmation prompt before any new or changed values are saved to your store.

Usage data We track the number of form fills you perform to enforce the free tier limit of 20 fills. This count is stored in your Firestore account document.

Subscription data If you upgrade to FormFill Pro, your Stripe customer ID and subscription status are stored in your Firestore account document. We do not store credit card numbers or payment details — these are handled entirely by Stripe.

3. Data We Do Not Collect

• We do not collect passwords or authentication credentials from forms
• We do not collect browsing history or track which websites you visit
• We do not collect health or medical information
• We do not use advertising trackers or analytics
• We do not sell your data to any third party
