The Patient Name, Phone Number and Username will be based on existing data .. from Active Patient Table. This part will get data from patient.Registration (based on current sheet) filtered by discharge status . Load ID , Name, staff name as matrix in single call. when page loads
The middle tabbed forms part will be dynamic, as need will be changed with use case. Currently usecase is also not clear , and it completly new situation so we are not sure which use case will work so its better to leave dynamic, if needed more tabs can added gare ra.
