Forja Mode (“the App”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, how we store it, and your rights as a user.

1. Information We Collect

   We collect only the minimum personal information necessary for the app’s functionality:

• Workout data: Days marked on your training calendar and streak progress.
• Basic account information: Name, email address, and basic profile details provided by Google Authentication (and soon Sign in with Apple).
• Subscription information (non-sensitive): Subscription status (active/expired), plan identifier, and purchase/renewal timestamps as needed to unlock premium features and handle restorations.

We do not collect sensitive information such as full payment details, credit card numbers, precise location, contacts, or browsing data.

Payments for auto-renewable subscriptions are processed by Apple App Store / Google Play. We do not receive or store your complete payment information.

1. How We Use Your Information

   We use the collected information to:

• Provide and improve the app’s core features.
• Authenticate your account and associate your progress with your profile.
• Generate personalized statistics and charts to help you maintain your exercise routine.
• Manage premium access: Verify subscription entitlement, enable/disable premium features, and support “Restore Purchases” when applicable.

We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties.

1. Data Retention

• Workout data and basic account information are stored as long as your account remains active.

• Subscription status records (non-sensitive) may be retained as needed to provide premium access, restore purchases, comply with legal obligations, and prevent fraud/abuse.

  If you delete your account, we will erase your personal information within a reasonable timeframe, except where retention is required by law.

1. Sharing of Information

   We do not sell, rent, or trade your data to any third parties.

   We do not share your information with advertisers.

• App Store / Google Play: Subscription purchases are handled by Apple/Google as the payment processor.
