If you have forgotten the password of your current account, follow these steps to reset the password.

Reset password via the login page

If you forgot the password of your account on the login page, follow these steps.

1. Click Forgot Password on the login page

1. Insert your email address for the resetting password email.

1. Click the hyperlink for resetting a new password.

Reset password via the portal

If you forgot the password on the portal page, please contact the administrative/management staff to reset a new password.

1. Click the Organisation folder.
2. Choose Staff account.
3. Choose Recover Email by clicking the menu button.

1. A notification email will be sent to the staff email address and click the hyperlink inside the email for resetting a new password.
