Plation Inc. ("we," "us," or "our") operates the Forbidden Word mobile application (the "App"). We are committed to a "Local-First" privacy model, ensuring that your social gatherings remain private.
1. Information Collection and Usage
- No Personal Data: We do not collect, store, or transmit any personally identifiable information (PII) such as your name, email address, or device identifiers.
- No Microphone or Audio Access: The App does not record or transmit audio. The game is played verbally by users, and the App serves only as a digital card deck.
- Gameplay Settings: Any customized game settings or deck preferences are stored locally on your device.
2. Data Storage and Processing
- On-Device Only: All randomization logic for cards and words occurs strictly on your hardware.
- No Cloud Sync: Your game history and progress stay on your device and are never uploaded to external servers.
3. Data Retention and Deletion
- Deleting the App or clearing its storage will permanently remove all local preferences and saved game states.

This End User License Agreement is between you and Plation Inc. for the use of Forbidden Word.
1. License Grant Plation Inc. grants you a limited, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial entertainment.
2. Nature of the Game
- Social Tool: The App provides prompts and "Forbidden Words" for a verbal game. Plation Inc. is not responsible for the verbal conduct of players or any social disputes arising during play.
- Device Safety: Users often share or pass the device during gameplay. You acknowledge that you are responsible for the physical safety of your device. Plation Inc. is not liable for hardware damage occurring during a session.
