TL;DR

The scheduled Cowork side-by-side folder-cleanup run for 2026-05-14 did NOT execute Pass 1 or Pass 2. The Cowork Linux sandbox returned ENOSPC: no space left on device, mkdir '/sessions/determined-great-goodall/tmp/claude-1440' on every Bash invocation, which means no shell, no SHA-256 hashing, no mv, no registry append. Idempotency is preserved because nothing was hashed or moved, so the GitHub Actions runner can fire (or has fired) on its normal Mon/Thu cadence without risk of double-quarantine.

No destructive action was taken anywhere on disk. Only this Notion entry and a short SUMMARY markdown were created.

What I tried

• Loaded the folder-cleanup skill
• Read on Documents/Codex/SESSION-REFERENCES.md → file does not exist at that path
• Read on Documents/Codex/QUARANTINE-REGISTRY.md → file does not exist at that path
• Read on Documents/Codex → EISDIR (so the Codex directory itself is reachable)
• Glob on Documents/Codex/*.md → 20s ripgrep timeout (no shell to fall back on)
• Bash (every attempt) → ENOSPC on /sessions/determined-great-goodall/tmp/claude-1440

Why this is safe

• No files moved
• No registry entries added
• No quarantine folder created
• The GHA runner pipeline is unaffected and remains the source of truth for today
