To accomplish this, we rely on sales ambassadors across Europe, that both promote the brand and manage customer care in their city.

Job description
Here is a more detailed description of what the job looks like. Your daily tasks will be mainly divided in two groups:
Promoting the brand
- You will embody the brand and introduce it everywhere you go to potential customers.
- You will organize test rides and make people discover the bike.
- In addition, you will seek for local partners and events to be part of/organize, in order to make the brand thrive.
Customer care
- In charge of reparation in your area, you intervene in case a customer needs anything with his/her Angell bike.
- You are ready to repair bikes all around the city.
- You will be the spearhead of Angell, constantly in touch with our customer support team, to pass customers feedbacks on and suggest improvements on our products.
