Floor toss (1-8, toss on 5, slap 6)
Flag is in a sharp 45 degree angle out to your right
Horizontal angle extended out above the floor
Flag is pushed down towards and your legs will have come up into a bent 45 degrees. You will adjust your right hand to be grabbing the silk part of your pole, about 2 inches above the tape. This is so your toss will be flat and the weight is distributed accurately.
Horizontal flag is brought back towards your face and brought down close to prepare for the toss and legs are ‘pushed’ back out flat (you will be doing a kind of scooch lol)
