Welcome to FlipAnswer (“答案翻翻”, hereinafter referred to as the “App”). The App is developed by Kexin Li (hereinafter referred to as “we”, “us”, or the “Developer”) and distributed through the Apple App Store.

Please read these Terms of Use (the “Terms”) carefully before using the App. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not install or use the App.

1. Description of Service

The App is an inspiration card app in the style of a “Book of Answers”. It provides randomly selected answer texts for daily reflection, inspiration, and entertainment purposes.

All content provided within the App is for entertainment and inspirational reference only and does not constitute any form of:

• Medical, legal, financial, psychological, or other professional advice
• Fortune-telling, divination, or religious guidance
• Investment advice or guidance for major life decisions

You should not rely on the answers provided by the App as the sole basis for making important decisions.

2. License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to use the App solely for personal, non-commercial purposes on Apple devices that you own or control.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or attempt to obtain the source code of the App
• Sell, rent, transfer, sublicense, or otherwise distribute the App or any part of it
• Use the App for any unlawful, fraudulent, or rights-infringing purpose
• Access or use the App through automated means, including crawlers, scripts, or similar tools, for high-volume requests
• Remove, hide, or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices within the App
