Contractually, we work 09:00 - 18:00 every day with 1 hour for lunch.
In reality, we're as flexible **as we can be and trust you to have ownership of your hours.
Start earlier, leave earlier, take a shorter lunch or leave a bit later, it's totally up to you. All we ask is that you are performing at the level we expect and it does not adversely impact our overall ability to achieve our goals.
We care most about outcomes and do not see it as strictly relating to your hours online. ⏳
You should be available for meetings to be scheduled as it enables your team to perform as well as possible and also impacts your own performance. Talk to your manager and your team about what works best.
The above will also depend on your role and the stakeholders you need to be in contact with. Once that's discussed, you're free to organise your time as suits you best outside of meetings.
