Led the coordination and operational tracking of a fleet vehicle GPS deployment project involving the installation and activation of Vehicle Tracking Units (VTUs) across multiple trucks.

The project required coordinating technicians, tracking installation progress, managing device activation, and ensuring accurate live tracking performance.
