TEDx Talks are Ideas Worth Spreading. Everything we do during the live event is to make our speakers as shareable as possible & keep you mind active and engaged as you're exposed to a dozen or so world-changing and life-altering ideas in one massively impactful conference experience. Here is what a TEDx Flagship Event Is like to attend:

Arrival & Discovery

The lobby is usually filled with interesting things to wander around, and in the case of an online event we'll have an opening act to make people curious & get them ready to learn more!

Session 1

Session one is usually 3-6 speakers discussing various topics that may all revolve around a single theme. We sometimes bookend sessions with performers, and usually we like to break the middle of the session with a surprise or event of some kind.

Lunch, Connection, & Conversation

Our lunches are purposefully long so you have time to connect with family, share your ideas, review your notes, and meet new people. We encourage you to find someone new to share lunch with, or to find a way to connect online with other attendees during our lunch break or after the event for online events.

Some of our live online events will end after just one session.

Session 2

Session 2 takes place after lunch. Don't forget a coffee as you return for a shorter session bookended by more performances & surprises.

Final Connections & Dinner

This is what makes an in-person event so special - after the event we'll have a chance for you to wander around the theater, meet the speakers, and connect with them directly. You can even take pictures!

After Party

Then it's off to the after party - whether online or in person we have an afterparty and sometimes even a brunch the next day to put a delightful bookend on the intense & sharable experience we've all had! Don't forget to journal or post on social media about your experience and invite more people to join you next time!
