Sam flagged the Leads dashboard as broken. Live inspection showed dashboard 01ZUV000003afhH2AQ, developer name Marketing_Center_Leads, had only the three new form-fill KPI components from the May 26 update. The original lead table components were missing from live metadata.
Restored the two original lead report tables from the repo metadata and kept the new MVA form-fill KPI tiles as a top row. The dashboard now has five components: Form Fills - MVA MTD, Form Fills - MVA 30d, Form Fills - MVA YTD, Auto leads and signed cases by month, and Auto leads by source.
Live dashboard deploy succeeded under deploy ID 0AfUV000001Xrhh0AC at 2026-05-28T18:29:20Z. Component changed: Firm_Analytics_Dashboards/Marketing_Center_Leads.
Salesforce Analytics dashboard API returns five dashboard components. Source reports run successfully through the Analytics API: Auto Leads and Signed Cases by Month has 1984 rows, Auto Leads by Source - Since 2024 has 1984 rows, Form Fills - MVA MTD has 12 rows, Form Fills - MVA 30d has 14 rows, and Form Fills - MVA YTD has 77 rows. Chrome visual screenshot QA was attempted but blocked by a Chrome extension UI overlay, so the authoritative QA for this repair is Salesforce metadata plus Analytics API validation.
The dashboard metadata and report dependencies are repaired and live. No remaining Litify deploy work is pending.
The safer improvement is to add a repeatable dashboard preflight before future dashboard deploys: retrieve live metadata, compare component count against the intended layout, and only deploy if the target dashboard will retain existing components or intentionally replace them.
