Welcome to Fittoro! Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using our mobile application. By downloading, installing, or using the Fittoro app (“App”), you agree to be bound by this End User License Agreement (“Agreement”).

This Agreement is between you (“User” or “you”) and Fittoro (“we,” “us,” or “our”) and governs your access to and use of the App on iOS, Android, or any supported platform.

1. License Grant

Fittoro grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with this Agreement and the applicable App Store or Google Play Store Terms of Service.

2. Subscription and Payment Terms

Fittoro offers auto-renewable subscription plans that grant access to premium features and content.

Subscription details will be displayed prior to purchase and include:

• Subscription Title: Fittoro Premium
• Duration: Monthly or Annual
• Price: Shown in your local currency

Billing & Renewal

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account upon confirmation of purchase.
• Your subscription will automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Renewal charges will be applied to your account within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
