I'm fat. LOL. I'm fine with it, but I do want to be healthier for me and for my mother who is constantly worried about me.

My fitness journey is different now than it was before. I’m focusing on lifting and cardio rather than just a goal. I’m curving my identity from “Trying to be healthy” to being “I am healthy.” This mindset helps me answer a question every day “Should I workout?”
That being said, I want to run a marathon by the end of the summer 2020! I found this training schedule online, and I'm gonna work off it!
