Additional Information

Volunteers will be verified by Fit4Grit Academy and then be allowed to make their own self-paced video lesson class, real-time instructor-led virtual class, and/or virtual seminars, all of martial art and/or fitness lesson plans. requirements of instructor being knowledgeable in their martial art or in fitness and to understand and speak English fluently.

Time Commitments

• Video creation: 1 ½ hr - 2 hrs per video [planning, production, etc.] which should be made every one or two weeks
• Teaching classes: 1 hr to 1 ½ hrs per week
• Seminars: 2 hrs - 4 hrs per seminar which occur about once a month
