POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Fulfillment & Logistics Coordinator to join our growing operations team. In this critical role, you will oversee the seamless movement of outbound products from our fulfillment centers to customers, retail partners, and distributors—managing all outbound orders, freight logistics, and key 3PL relationships. You’ll work cross-functionally to ensure timely, compliant, and cost-effective delivery across all channels, while driving operational excellence, supporting strategic process improvements, and executing special projects that keep our supply chain agile and efficient.

This is a full-time remote role.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Fulfillment & Freight Execution

• Manage all Sales Orders (SOs) from receipt to delivery across DTC, wholesale, and broker channels.
• Oversee all domestic outbound freight coordination and day-to-day shipping workflows.
• Troubleshoot real-time shipping and fulfillment issues with carriers, 3PLs, and partners.
• Ensure OTIF (On-Time, In-Full) compliance for all outbound shipments.
• Maintain accurate inventory movement records and reconcile discrepancies.
• Ensure packaging, labeling, and routing guide compliance for key retailers and distributors.

Fulfillment & Vendor Relationships

• Serve as day-to-day contact and project coordinator for fulfillment and warehouse partners.
• Manage and build strong relationships with freight forwarders and carriers, ensuring performance and SLA adherence.
• Track, evaluate, and improve 3PL KPIs and service level agreements (SLAs).
• Develop and maintain SOPs related to outbound fulfillment and 3PL workflows in order to support scaling needs.
