Executive Summary

We will design and develop a modern eCommerce + Giveaway platform for mobile.

The solution will cover:

• User Features (shopping, orders, referrals, notifications, chat, discounts)
• Admin Features (product, order & customer management with WooCommerce sync)
• Giveaway System (entries, weekly draws, winner selection & history)

The platform will be scalable, secure, and user-friendly, built with Firebase and Flutter technologies, ensuring smooth real-time performance.

• Admin workflows (add product, update orders, manage giveaways)
• Final design approval before development starts
