Following submission of an application to the Firestarters program, Arbitrum DAO OpCo (the “OpCo”) may contact applicants to request additional information, including, without limitation, details regarding domain expertise and professional experience. Such follow-up may occur via written communication and/or through scheduled video/audio calls.
As a condition to receiving any grant funds, selected grantees will be required to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) and/or Know Your Business (KYB) verification process to the satisfaction of the OpCo.
Grantees will also be required to enter into a formal legal agreement with the OpCo, which will govern the terms and conditions of the grant.
Grantees are expected to collaborate closely with the OpCo and acknowledge that the OpCo will act in a project management capacity. In this role, the OpCo will assist in defining the project timeline, deliverables, the final grant amount, and any applicable KPIs or OKRs relevant to the scope of the funded initiative.
Information relevant to each grant, including the name or handle of the grantee, the scope of the grant, the amount awarded, the project timeline and expected deliverables, as well as any applicable KPIs or OKRs, may be disclosed on a public dashboard or similar public-facing resource. Private or sensitive information, such as full legal names, direct contact details (e.g., Telegram handle), or other personal data, will be omitted from public disclosure.
