0️⃣ What is the Meeting Status?

Meeting status helps your Users keep track of whether their Customers have confirmed their upcoming Meeting, the past Meetings that were a successful use of their time, and helps you collect detailed information of your Meeting Types’ performance. You can easily view and change a Meeting's status from your Calendar or Customers page.

1️⃣ Finding a Meeting’s Status

Step 1: Finding the Meeting

  1. Go to your Calendar page.
  2. Click on any Meeting.

Step 2: Checking out the Meeting Status

  1. A popup will appear, showing you the Meeting Details.
  2. The pill on the top right shows you the Meeting’s status.

2️⃣ Finding a Customer’s Meeting Status

Step 1: Locating the Customer

  1. Head over to the Customers section
  2. On the left-side navigation, find the Customer’s name whose Meeting info you want to consult. If you don’t find it straight away, you can also search for their name.
  3. Click on that Customer.
