Description
Finding meeting rooms at TME can be challenging. Who hasn’t been wandering around the building, from corridor to corridor, in search of “Slottsskogen” or “Brunnsparken”?
Finding these rooms is actually easier than it seems, if you understanding the naming convention of the rooms. The key tip here is: Look at the four-digit number included in the “Location” field in your MS Outlook calendar invite.
- Example: “TME Room Slottsskogen V2 - 2324 18 pl”
- The first digit decides if the room is in Vasa 2 (left-side building from main entrance perspective) or Vasa 3 (right-side building from main entrance perspective). → Here: Vasa 2 (left side).
- The second digit decides which floor the room is on. Here: Floor 3.
- The last two digits correspond with the room number. This one is less obvious. Your best bet is to look on the signs at the staircases to see which corridor the room will be placed in (i.e., to the left or to the right from the main staircase of Vasa 2 or Vasa 3). → Here: left-side (ESA corridor).
- Example 2: “TME Room Brunnsparken V3 - 3443 12 pl” → You will find this room in Vasa 3 (right-side building) on floor 4 (top floor), in the ES corridor.
