People having difficulties choosing gyms, because there are a lot of them out there. People cant decide what gyms they want to go to because of the price. Its not convenient enough to search for a gym.
A good alternative to regular searching on google. Instead of that you have a whole list of gyms and their prices. The whole app is understandable and easy to use, with its simplistic design. And all that for free.
My app should be used when a person can't decide between gyms, but needs to find one quickly or he/she needs to make it more comfortable.
Simplicity of the product would help them ease their path to find the gym they need. The layout would make it more comfortable and more understandable.
The basic customer experience should be very comfortable and simple. The most important thing is getting a good feedback from a customer and making sure everything is available for them.
People who are already familiar to gyms but want to make it more comfortable. People who are looking for gyms but cant decide.
