For the last 15 years, Kostya worked as a product leader and a hiring manager at great tech companies like Intercom and Yandex. Over these years, he had interviewed hundreds of product folks, hired dozens, and is very proud of having built and grown amazing teams.
Mariam is an experienced recruitment and talent management expert. Her experience includes roles like Head of Talent at Pivot and Talent Acquisition at Coca-Cola. She is a Certified Career Consultant and serves as a Chapter President at the Society for Orphaned Armenian Relief.
Our biggest asset is our professional network that spans functions and geographies. Over the years we have built relationships with top-notch professionals and companies that trust us with their hiring needs.
