  1. How do I update my bank account details if I have changed a bank account or would like any future payments to be made to a different bank account?

Answer: Do submit the new bank account details via the **Bank Details Submission Form ****that can be found under Bamboo Builders Finance Related Forms.

  1. What if I accidentally submitted an incorrect information in the above form?

Answer: Do write an email to **finance.bamboobuilders@gmail.com** to inform of the error and what the correct entry should have been.

  1. I have not received my payment on the 10th, who can I approach to check on this?

Answer: For DBS bank account holders that have yet receive their payment on the 10th, you may write to **finance.bamboobuilders@gmail.com** to enquire if payment is not received.

For Non-DBS account holders, do wait 1-2 working days as there is a processing time for interbank transactions. If payment has not been received after 2 working days, do write in to **finance.bamboobuilders@gmail.com** as well.
