• Lid Management Team
• Sparringspartner voor directie ten aanzien van financiële zaken
• Dagelijkse aansturing van afdelingen: boekhouding (4 FTE), interne controle (4 FTE) zorgregistratie (6 FTE), AZR (3 FTE) en applicatie beheerder (1 FTE)
• Rapporteren van maand-en kwartaal resultaten aan de directie en Raad van Commissarissen;
• Opstellen jaarrekeningen inclusief consolidatie tussen tien bedrijven (BV’s)
• Verantwoordelijk voor salarissen, pensioenen en andere personele bennefits (6 BV’s, totaal 150 personeelsleden)
• Management rapportages ontwikkeld, gebouwd en geïmplementeerd voor de verschillende financiële stromen
