I wasn't connecting with the story that I was creating for the Cyborg Doll as I was trying to turn them into a companion. The story was not joyous but dark and unpleasant. I wanted to bring joy into the world through this piece so I decided to use a stuffed frog that I've had for many years instead of the creepy cyborg doll collar I made at ITP Camp 2018.

Sarah's relationship with and affection for their project NoodleFeet inspired me to change the direction of this project. I wanted something that is more approachable and comforting.
Next I spent time thinking about what this project is in relation to the items and myself.
